Terms of Service

BlueBid AI is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps construction companies build, manage, and deliver bids — including project intake, cost-database lookups, AI-assisted estimating, plan takeoff, room-based organization, proposals, and client portal workflows.

We may add, change, or remove features at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to keep that information up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@bluebid.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract on behalf of your company. If you accept these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to do so.

You retain all rights to the projects, estimates, drawings, and other materials you upload or generate (your “Content”). You grant BlueBid AI a limited license to host, process, and display your Content solely to operate the Service for you.

You are solely responsible for your Content, including any deletion of projects, files, line items, rooms, or other data you perform within the Service. Deletions confirmed by you (including soft-deletes that you later permanently delete from Trash) are your responsibility. We are not liable for data you remove. Please keep your own backups of any Content you consider business-critical.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third party's rights.
• Upload malware, attempt to disrupt the Service, or probe for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Share account credentials with people outside your organization, or resell access to the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or to impersonate others.
• Use the AI features to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or that infringes anyone's rights.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use of the Service requires an active paid subscription. Pricing tiers, billing cadence, refund policy, and overage rules (including any AI-usage credits) will be presented at checkout and governed by the order page you accept at that time.

The Service includes AI-assisted estimating, plan analysis, proposal drafting, and chat features powered by third-party large language models. AI output is generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and must be reviewed by you before being relied on for any commercial bid.

You are responsible for verifying quantities, prices, and scope before submitting estimates to clients. We do not warrant that AI output is suitable for any particular purpose.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate for your use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlueBid AI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how it's used, and how platform support may access account metadata (never your bid content without your explicit, time-limited consent).

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or use the Service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. We will give reasonable notice where practicable.

On termination, the Service will retain your data for a limited window (typically 30 days for soft-deleted projects, longer for billing records) and then delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will bump the version shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be brought to your attention before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State / jurisdiction — TBD], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
